9. Readiness for Shipment 14 days prior to the date of readiness for shipment, the following details must be notified to the Buyer, dept. The form-sheet (packing list) submitted by the Transport Dept. of Alstom to be fulfilled. The shipping- and marking instructions HDST601100 have to be applied.

9. Bereitschaft zum Versand 14 Tage vor dem Tag der Versandbereitschaft, müssen die folgenden Angaben an den Käufer, Abt. mitgeteilt werden. CHSTL, Manuela Phillips Tel:. 0041 56 205 5604, Fax: 0041 56 205 6239, email: manuela.phillips @ crn.alstom.com, mit einer Kopie an den Käufer. - Name des Käufers und Bestellnummer - Gesamtzahl der Pakete - Total Bruttogewicht und insgesamt Kubikmeter Individuelle Abmessungen und Gewicht für Nicht-containerizable Waren - Datum der Bereitschaft - Name und Anschrift des Werkes (inkl. verantwortliche Person, Telefon, Fax-Nr .) Die Form-Blatt (Packliste) durch den Transport Abt. Alstom erfüllt werden vorgelegt. Die Versand-und Kennzeichnungsvorschriften HDST601100 angewandt werden müssen.
