Apart from the sense of space created by the long sightlines and skilful play with daylight, the hand of the master is above all evident in the materialization and detailing. The architects chose just two materials, horizontal larch wood slats for the fencing and external walls of the upper storeys, and white stucco for the closed sections of the ground-floor elevations. In short: a surprising and virtually feather-light house in the heart of the city.

Neben der Sinn für Raum, geschaffen durch die langen Sichtachsen und geschickte spielen Sie mit
 Tageslicht, die Hand des Meisters wird vor allem in der Materialisierung und
 Detaillierung. Die Architekten wählten nur zwei Materialien, horizontal Lärche Holz Lamellen
 für die Fechtkämpfe und externen Wände der oberen Stockwerke und weißen Stuck
 die geschlossene Abschnitte der Erhebungen im Erdgeschoss. Kurz gesagt: eine überraschende und
 praktisch federleicht Haus im Herzen der Stadt.
