 Mit der Errichtung und Durchführung sensorischer Tests wurde die attraktivste Mischungsverhältnis mit Wasser oder Tafelwasser und die angenehmste Konzentration von Milchsäure mit Hilfe von unvergorenem Saft bestimmt. Eine Mischung aus den vergorenen Säften mit Wasser oder einer Dislokation der Mischung mit CO2 wurde auch durch sensorische Tests evaluiert.
