Thank you for your email below. Susan and I, as well as our son Sam (now 3.5 years old), are all fine. We live in Brooklyn now, but we were not affected by the storm. We did not lose electrical power and we did not have any flooding. Many trees in our neighborhood were knocked down, and the streets were blocked in many cases. My brother David and his family are also OK. Many parts of New York City, however, were affected and are still affected. The subways are still recovering, and in New York City the subways are very important. Parts of New Jersey (the neighboring state) are still in very bad shape. Overall, we are thankful that it was not worse, even if it was bad and it is still bad for many people. My dad and my brother David are cc'd on this email. My apologies for not writing auf Deutsche. Hopefully you will be able to make it to NYC again sometime, or we will make it to Germany. I hope you are all doing well and glad to hear that your Oma is still doing well

Vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail unten. Susan und ich sowie unser Sohn Sam (jetzt 3,5 Jahre alt), sind alle in Ordnung. Wir leben in Brooklyn, aber wir wurden nicht durch den Sturm betroffen. Wir haben nicht zu verlieren elektrische Energie, und wir hatten keine Überschwemmungen. Viele Bäume in unserer Nachbarschaft wurden abgerissen, und die Straßen waren in vielen Fällen blockiert. Mein Bruder David und seine Familie sind auch OK. Viele Teile von New York City, aber betroffen waren und sind immer noch betroffen. Die U-Bahn sind noch erholt, und in New York City die U-Bahnen sind sehr wichtig. Teile von New Jersey (der Nachbarstaat) befinden sich noch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Insgesamt sind wir dankbar, dass es nicht noch schlimmer war, auch wenn es schlecht war und es ist immer noch für viele Menschen schlecht. Mein Vater und mein Bruder David auf diese E-Mail cc'd. Hi, Currently, I am at another neighboring State providing LSB Mounting Consultation in a New Cement Project and have just arrived the hotel and replying to your mail INSTANTLY as I see certain degree of tension. Dear Herbert, it was because everyone was at their best; (read my mail again) I never made any comment except that I was radiating Customer feed back. But, out of the 5 basic interfaces (Customer, their Application, SKF, our Product /s & the universal documentation), I had a steady fast interface with the Customer & their Application. I was deeply involved in this complicated & heavy Mounting with each of the LSB weighing more than a Ton.

Lieber Herbert, war es, weil jeder war von ihrer besten Seite; (lesen Sie meine Mail wieder) Ich habe nie jeden Kommentar, außer dass ich strahlende Kunden Feed-back. Aber aus den 5 grundlegenden Schnittstellen (Kunden, ihre Anwendung, SKF, hilft unser Product / s & the durchgängige Dokumentation), hatte ich einen stetigen schnelle Schnittstelle mit dem Kunden und deren Anwendung. Ich war tief in diese komplizierte und schwere Montage mit jedem der LSB mit einem Gewicht von mehr als einer Tonne beteiligt.
