The third patient had a slowgrowing tumor and reached criteria for PD after 7 months. Patients with nonprogression (CT scans) demonstrated improved survival (16.0 months; 95% CI, 7.7 to 24.3 months v 3.3 months; 95% CI, 1.8 to 4.9 months; HR, 0.40; 95% CI, 0.16 to 0.93; P  .03). Median OS in the nonprogressive group, as defined by CT staging, was in the same range as that in patients with an early metabolic response in FDG-PET. In the analysis using the SUVmax or the sum of SUVpeak and SUVmax, early metabolic response in FDG-PET was also predictive for prolonged survival (data not shown).

Nevus depigmentosus is a congenital, nonprogressive cutaneous hypomelanosis, which can present as a circumscribed irregular, oval, or round or as a unilateral band or streak with a block-like configuration or arranged along Blaschko's lines. [1] It affects males and females equally with no known patterns of inheritance or familial tendency. The lesions are hypomelanotic and remain unchanged throughout life although they may enlarge proportionately in a growing child. Wood's lamp examination of nevus depigmentosus shows off-white accentuation, in contrast to the chalk-white accentuation observed in vitiligo. Therapeutic attempts to repigment nevus depigmentosus have been made with PUVA, excimer laser, and surgical grafting methods. We report our experience of nevus depigmentosus treated with a combination of noncultured melanocyte-keratinocyte transplantation (MKTP) and excimer laser with the review of the literature.

Nävus depigmentosus ist eine angeborene, nicht fortschreitenden kutanen Hypomelanose, die als umschriebenen unregelmäßige, oval oder rund oder als einseitige Band oder Streifen mit einem blockartigen Konfiguration oder angeordnet entlang Blaschko-Linien darstellen kann. [1] Es betrifft Männer und Frauen gleichermaßen ohne bekannte Muster der Vererbung oder familiäre Tendenz. Die Läsionen sind hypopigmentierte und bleiben während des gesamten Lebens unverändert, obwohl sie verhältnismäßig vergrößern kann in einem wachsenden Kind. Wood-Lampe Prüfung Nävus depigmentosus zeigt off-white Akzentuierung, im Gegensatz zu den kalkweiß Akzentuierung in Vitiligo beobachtet. Therapeutische Versuche repigment Nävus depigmentosus wurden mit PUVA, Excimer-Laser und chirurgische Pfropfverfahren worden. Wir berichten über unsere Erfahrungen Nävus depigmentosus mit einer Kombination aus noncultured Melanozyten-Keratinozyten-Transplantation (MKTP) und Excimer-Laser mit der Durchsicht der Literatur behandelt.
