-starting cracks might have a random orientation. -If they appear in the lower pipe part , (where the pipe exits the body) they are afraid that a crack will grow and runs out of the body covered area. So even if we can look say 100 mm under the body , that might be already interesting to them. - plan is, to split the sample we have over here into body sections and the pipe part, in both we have to fabricate artificial notches, so test procedures can be optimized. - on another full sample the proposed inspection procedures have to be applied, then AE will be applied ,-> pipe will be pressurized, until cracking starts, and inspections have to be applied again to see if we can find the real crack. - please see attached *.ppt which will tell some sketched details.

Also selbst wenn wir uns sagen kann, 100 mm unter dem Körper, das könnte sein, schon interessant zu ihnen. - Plan ist, um die Probe zu spalten wir haben hier in Teile des Aufbaus und der Rohrteil, in beiden müssen wir künstliche Einschnitte herzustellen, so Prüfverfahren optimiert werden kann. - Auf einem anderen voll Probe die vorgeschlagenen Prüfverfahren müssen aufgebracht werden, dann AE wird angewandt, -> Rohr wird unter Druck gesetzt, bis zum Knacken beginnt, und Inspektionen müssen erneut aufgetragen werden, um zu sehen, wenn wir die wirklichen Riss finden. - Bitte siehe beigefügte * ppt, welche einige skizziert werden Details zu erzählen..
