I took advantage of the occasion to ask about the occupancy rate of Parliament’s buildings.

Bei dieser Gelegenheit habe ich nach dem Auslastungsgrad der Parlamentsgebäude gefragt.

Etap could improve in sales due to well gain in average room rate with +1.7€ while the occupancy rate lost slightly nearly -0.5pts. The improved average room rate was mainly driven by the new implemented dynamic pricing in choosen hotels and will launch in more but not all hotels in the future.

Etap konnte der Umsatz auf Grund gut durchschnittliche Zimmerpreis mit 1,7 € zu gewinnen, während die Auslastung verlor etwas fast-0.5pts verbessern. Die verbesserte durchschnittliche Zimmerpreis konnte vor allem durch die neu implementierte dynamische Preisgestaltung in ausgewählten Hotels angetrieben und wird in mehr aber nicht in allen Hotels in die Zukunft zu starten.

As usual a very high activity (more than 95% in occupancy rate) in July and August.
