Availability of B Loins depends on; 1) Quantity of A loins produced 2) Quality of fish (color) So, we do not buy separate fish for producing B Loins. If production of A loin is less, B loin quantity will come down. If quality/color of fish is very good, B loin quantity will come down. As an exporter, we do not wish more and more B Loins as this will severely affect our yield and profitability.
