The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, supervision, tools, parts, materials, general and specialized equipment, electronic communication, reporting, and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and on-call repairs on the facilities and equipment as listed on the inventory/density list. The contractor shall have adequate maintenance and repair facilities to allow repairs to be carried out on several items of equipment simultaneously.

4.4 Only the contracting officer and his representative/POC are authorized to announce emergency repair in line with the on call service from Monday till Friday between 7:30 and 16:00.
