I would like to inform you about service intervetion done in Sered. We started the action after information from customer, that the non return valve is not functional. We did the service on November the 7th 2012. We dismantled the non-return valve (NRV). Before that, out service men asked if the pipe is empty, if it is possible to start the dismantling.The answer wes - YES, you can do it. When we started the unscrew the screws on the discharge side, a leakage of gas with high pressure started through flange connection. The leaking gass pressure and sound has been such high, that our servicemen had to quickly evacuate the shaft. When the fizzling stopped, our people returned and finished the dismantling of the NRV. They checked the NRV and did not find any damage that could cause disfunction of the NRV.
