Hello Ulrich My name is Tobias Brommesson and I´m quality controller at Ecophon AB Sweden. We discover last week defects on the fabric 101095 (6 rolls). The surface was much more “onionskin and sparse” than older rolls that we got from you. So I wonder now if you have done any changes in your production procedure from that last time that we got a delivery from you until now? I have the packing number and the date of the rolls bellow:

Die Oberfläche war viel mehr "Zwiebelschalen und spärlich" als ältere Rollen, die wir von Ihnen bekommen. Ich frage mich also jetzt, wenn Sie irgendwelche Veränderungen in Ihrem Produktionsablauf vom letzten Mal, dass wir eine Lieferung bekommen von Ihnen bis jetzt getan haben?
