To assure operational stability in the Momentive IT landscape it has become clear an additional update of the SAP User interface needs to be deployed to all workstations (desktops and laptops) worldwide. This notification is intended to inform you on the following subjects: Does this apply to my workstation? What is going to happen? Why another update of the SAP User interface? When will the update of the SAP User interface be executed? How will I be notified? Where can I get support? Does this apply to my workstation? This update is only being applied to workstations with SAP User Interface (GUI) patch level 6 installed. No matter how your workstation received the current SAP User Interface (GUI) - patch level 6 install, it will receive this new patch. All new deployments part of the Global Software deployment initiative already include the SAP User Interface (GUI) patch level 12 and will not require this update.
