I´m not sure with your sales & order statistic. In my understanding, you calculate the orders on hand of the actual month if you take the orders on hand from the past month, then you reduce them by the sales of the actual month and add the incoming orders. Are credit notes included or can you please tell me how you get your figures?

In meinem Verständnis, berechnen Sie die Aufträge an Hand des aktuellen Monats, wenn Sie die Auftragsbestände aus dem vergangenen Monat dauern, dann reduzieren sie durch den Verkauf des aktuellen Monats und fügen Sie die eingehenden Aufträge.
