The respective HR//Business Partner communicates the evaluation results to the manager. Communication of the grades to the employees depends on the Country / Legal Entity communication policy. Managers or HR//Business Partners should only communicate the grade of the position, not the Hay points. 5 Annex

Dear Karin, We are still working within the plant with R&D to allow the use of the material for manufacturing. Please update us as soon as possible on your investigation, we need to know if there has been any change in your manufacturing process since the first delivery. Besides, we are expecting another delivery of this blend by the end of the week. Can you check the material availability date for pick up and the Batch number too please and let us know this information asap?  Wir arbeiten immer noch innerhalb der Anlage mit R&D die Verwendung des Materials für die Herstellung erlauben.
 Bitte aktualisieren Sie uns so bald wie möglich auf Ihre Untersuchung, müssen wir wissen, wenn der ersten Auslieferung gibt es Änderungen im Herstellungsprozess seit.
 
 Außerdem erwarten wir eine weitere Lieferung von dieser Mischung bis Ende der Woche. 
 Können Sie überprüfen das Materialverfügbarkeit Datum zur Abholung bis und der Batch Nummer bitte zu und teilen Sie uns diese Informationen ab sofort?
