At this gear motor is the cam disc already fallen off. The analysis showed clearly damages (edge marks) at the reference diameter of the cam disc. The damages suggest, that the cam disc gradually loosened from the output shaft until it fallen off. Furthermore was ascertained, that the support ring was not correct pressed in, as the accoerding dimension. If the missing length for join is the root cause for the failure is not traceabel any more.

An dieser Getriebemotor wird die Kurvenscheibe bereits abgefallen. Die Analyse zeigte eindeutig Schäden (Rand markiert) an der Teilkreisdurchmesser der Kurvenscheibe. Die Schäden lassen, daß die Kurvenscheibe nach gelockert von der Ausgangswelle, bis sie sich gefallen. Ferner wurde festgestellt, daß der Stützring nicht in gedrückt richtig, da die accoerding Dimension. Wenn die fehlende Länge für Join ist die Hauptursache für das Scheitern ist nicht traceabel nicht mehr.
