.4(p): Material Agreements (a) Except for the agreements listed in Exhibit [  ] and agreements with one or more Group Entities (the “Material Agreements”), no Group Entity is a party to any of the following written or oral agreements where the principal obliga-tions (Hauptleistungspflichten) have not yet been completely fulfilled: (i) loan agreements for loans in a principal amount of more than EUR 100,000 in the individual case; and (ii) options, swaps, futures or other derivative transactions relating to cur-rency or interest rates; and
