The battery is being placed inside the UPS up to 20KVA in case of small autonomy times. It is placed in an external battery cabinet for higher UPS ratings and/or autonomy times. The control-electronic for the rectifier includes the cir-cuits for the battery charger too. The battery operates in stand-by parallel operation to the rectifier. For obtaining the maximum lifetime of the battery it is charged in trickle-mode according to DIN 41773

Die Batterie wird innerhalb der UPS bis 20KVA bei kleinen Autonomie Mal gelegt. Es wird in einer externen Batterie Schrank für höheren UPS Bewertungen bzw. Autonomie Mal platziert. Die Steuerelement-Elektronik für die Gleichrichter enthält der cir-Cuits für das Ladegerät auch. Die Batterie arbeitet im Stand-by-Parallelbetrieb auf der Gleichrichter. Für den Erhalt der maximalen Lebensdauer des Akkus wird im Rinnsal-Modus nach DIN 41773 berechnet
