Dear Mr. Sessler, as Mr. Meis told me Kibbutz Magen paid the first installment of the purchase price. Consequently he is no more shareholder and owner of Calorplast, § 1 No.3 of the contract. According to german labour law his current status is a "normal" employed person with the consequence that the employer and the employee must abide by legal notice periods. Actually because of his long period of contract with Calorplast the termination period is now at least 7 month to the end of each month. I announced this yesterday to Mr. Meis. He will give you a note. Please think about a consultancy agreement with him. In a consultancy agreement you can agree a short cancellation period of 2 month. According to german labour law a new fixed-term contract is not allowed.

Folglich ist er nicht mehr Gesellschafter und Eigentümer von Calorplast, § 1 Nr. 3 des Vertrages. Laut Deutsch Arbeitsrecht seiner aktuellen Status ist ein "normaler" Arbeitnehmer mit der Folge, dass der Arbeitgeber und der Arbeitnehmer müssen durch gesetzliche Kündigungsfristen einzuhalten. Eigentlich wegen seiner langen Vertrag mit Calorplast die Kündigungsfrist beträgt nun mindestens 7 Monate zum Ende eines jeden Monats. Ich meldete dies gestern an Herrn Meis. Er wird Ihnen eine Notiz. Bitte denken Sie an einen Beratervertrag mit ihm. In einem Beratervertrag können Sie vereinbaren einen kurzen Kündigungsfrist von 2 Monaten. Laut Deutsch Arbeitsrecht ein neuer befristeter Vertrag nicht zulässig.
