Places 10 GPS transmitters in 10 locations in the wasteland (named alpha-juliet). You can place a transmitter on a NPC (by pickpocket) and it will add a new quest with a pointer to each placed transmitter and a label (map marker) under each so you can tell which target is which. You can also place them in a container or drop them on the ground and it will provide the target marker also (but obviously won't be moving). Picking them up will remove the quest target. The transmitters look like sensor modules (only 25% smaller, weigh half as much, and are worth 250 caps).
