Dear Mr Gounaras, currently we install a PV system with modules of the type HS 125th HelioSphera It is in the assembly to consider a claim because of a hail damage. To the assembly I have a technical question: (., See Appendix, Fig 2) If the former was the installation module Klemmenmaß adopted by 275 mm and also a center of the pressure plate-glass modules fitted. HelioSphera describes their installation instructions at a distance of 310 mm without pressure plate glazing gaskets (see Fig 1). I would like to ask us for installing the module terminals with the distance of 275 mm to grant a release. A rapid response would be appreciated.

Sehr geehrter Herr Gounaras derzeit installieren wir eine PV-Anlage mit Modulen des Typs HS 125. HelioSphera Es ist in der Montage, einen Anspruch wegen eines Hagelschäden zu betrachten.
