I need your assistance with the request I made to Beijing on the RQF. To begin with, I requested that BWKW discontinue adding the notches to the four lower tabs on the LH and RH RQF to eliminate polishing compound buildup left there and hardened after anodize which created issues with the tab cutting machine. The operators spent additional time removing it. I made this request after performing a trial run on sample parts BWKW provided where they went through polishing and anodize with no issues. They, BWKW, accepted my request and made the changes for me. However, anodize is now experiencing difficulty in mounting them to the racks after variances in the tab shape (bwkw 1 & 2) preventing a secure clamp. This was not evident in the trial run. I would like BWKW to re-instate the notch on the number 1 tab as shown in the PPT. This will help us greatly. I ask your intervention to facilitate this request being implemented as quickly as possible to aid anodize.
