It is true that the discussion produced what is somewhat pompously referred to as a paradigm shift, and indeed I called attention to it at the time, a shift away from the traditional principles of labelling, for which I argued at the time.

Es ist richtig, daß sich in der Diskussion -wie man etwas hochgestochen sagt -ein Paradigmenwechsel ergeben hat, auf den ich übrigens damals schon aufmerksam gemacht habe, nämlich weg von den traditionellen Grundsätzen der Kennzeichnung, die ich damals noch einmal vertreten habe.
