Today I received an information from our production that the parts 1022707R13.A are NOK. The same problem as in the claim KOP12Q099. The diameter 13mm is out of spec. (picture 024). Even if it’s bigger by cca 0.04mm, it causes us significant problems during production. It’s not possible to insert the part properly into the pressing fixture at the assembly cell and the parts are consequently damaged (pictures 027, 028 and 030).

Heute erhielt ich eine Information aus unserer Produktion, dass die Teile 1022707R13.A NOK sind. Das gleiche Problem wie in dem Anspruch KOP12Q099. Der Durchmesser 13mm ist aus spec. (Bild 024). Auch wenn es größer durch cca 0,04 mm ist, verursacht es uns erhebliche Probleme während der Produktion. Es ist nicht möglich, das Teil richtig einzufügen in das Drücken Halterung bei der Montage Zelle und die Teile sind somit beschädigt (Bilder 027, 028 und 030).
