Whereas Italy has altered its education and training courses for accountants ( ' regioniere ' ) and accountancy experts ( ' perito commerciale ' ) , with the result that those courses now come under Council Directive 89 / 48 / EEC ( 2 ) ; whereas , in the case of work consultants ( ' consulenti del lavoro ' ) , the course of education and training covered by Directive 89 / 48 / EEC is now the principal form of education and training for the profession concerned ; whereas , accordingly , education and training courses for those two professions should no longer be included in Annex C , since holders of qualifications covered by Directive 92 / 51 / EEC could , by virtue of Article 1 ( a ) of Directive 89 / 48 / EEC , apply to be treated in the same way ;

Die zum Beruf des Buchpruefers ( _DOUBLEQUOTE_ ragioniere _DOUBLEQUOTE_ ) und des Wirtschaftspruefers ( _DOUBLEQUOTE_ perito commerciale _DOUBLEQUOTE_ ) fuehrenden italienischen Ausbildungsgaenge fallen nach einer Ausbildungsreform nunmehr unter die Richtlinie 89 / 48 / EWG des Rates ( 2 ) . Im Falle des Sozialrechtsberaters ( _DOUBLEQUOTE_ consulente del lavoro _DOUBLEQUOTE_ ) ist der unter die Richtlinie 89 / 48 / EWG fallende Ausbildungsweg inzwischen die Regel . Die zu den genannten Berufen fuehrenden Ausbildungsgaenge sind demnach aus Anhang C zu streichen . Inhaber von Befaehigungsnachweisen , die als solche unter die Richtlinie 92 / 51 / EWG fallen wuerden , koennen die in Artikel 1 Buchstabe a ) Unterabsatz 2 der Richtlinie 89 / 48 / EWG vorgesehene Moeglichkeit einer Gleichstellung ihrer Nachweise in Anspruch nehmen .
