I'm really sorry for the late reply about the problem of MJ16. Our production director and technicians have spent long time to check why this situation happened. They sitll can not find the answer. They also check wether this problem happens again during the production, but everything is OK. Now our director think this situation may related to our early producing technology of MJ series was not proficient engouh, maybe the temperature of making MJ16 was not high enough or maybe the mixture percentage of the raw material was not perfect. We are so sorry that we can not find the exact reason until now. But our boss of mosaic factory, Mr.Lee, he said we could send you back the good ones of MJ16 as compensation. Hope to receive your futher direction.

 Unsere Produktionsleiter und Techniker haben verbrachte lange Zeit zu prüfen, warum diese Situation passiert ist. Sie lasse die Antwort nicht finden kann. Überprüfen Sie auch Wetter kommt dieses Problem wieder während der Produktion, aber alles ist OK.
