The function is: Service Charges > Accruals and Prepayments > Automatic Yardi will display the list of the transactions for the default service charge year and by clicking “calculate” it will automatically allocate prorated amounts to the service charge year they belong to. After checking the data, the “create batch” button offers the possibility to validate and account this proration to have the correct amounts in the correct SC year.
