11 When doxycycline is administered shortly before, during or after courses of isotretinoin, there is the possibility of potentiation between the medicinal products to cause reversible pressure increase in the intracranial cavity (pseudotumour cerebri).

Wenn Doxycyclin kurz vor, während oder nach Behandlungszyklen mit Isotretinoin verabreicht wird, besteht die Möglichkeit einer gegenseitigen Wirkungsverstärkung der Arzneimittel, so dass es zu einem reversiblen intrakraniellen Liquordruckanstieg kommen kann (Pseudotumor cerebri).

Tetracycline class adverse reactions may include photosensitivity, pseudotumour cerebri, pancreatitis, and anti-anabolic action which has led to increased BUN, azotaemia, acidosis, and hyperphosphataemia (see section 4.4) .

Nebenwirkungen der Tetracyclin-Gruppe können Photosensibilität, Pseudotumor cerebi, Pankreatitis und eine antianabolische Wirkung mit erhöhten BUN-Werten, Azotämie, Azidose und Hyperphosphatämie umfassen (siehe Abschnitt 4.4) .
