(72) With regard to the claim for an adjustment for the inflation, it should be noted that the inflation rate in Romania was at a level of 10,8% during the investigation period, far from hyperinflation level. As it was not found that price comparability had been affected, the claim was rejected. The exporter objected to this conclusion and reiterated its claim for an allowance. However, no new argument or evidence rebutting the preliminary conclusion was submitted and it is confirmed that the claim is rejected. It should also be noted that the possibility of a quarterly assessment was envisaged, but declined by the exporter.

(72) Zur Forderung nach einer Berichtigung für die Inflationsrate ist zu sagen, dass die Inflationsrate in Rumänien während des Untersuchungszeitraums 10,8% betrug, ein Wert, der von einer Hyperinflation weit entfernt ist. Da keine Beeinträchtigung der Vergleichbarkeit der Preise festgestellt wurde, wurde das Vorbringen zurückgewiesen. Der Ausführer erhob Einwände gegen diese Schlussfolgerung und beantragte erneut eine Berichtigung. Es wurden jedoch keine neuen Argumente oder Beweise vorgelegt, die die vorläufige Schlussfolgerung widerlegt hätten. Deshalb wird die Zurückweisung des Antrags bestätigt. Zu beachten ist auch, dass die Möglichkeit einer vierteljährlichen Bewertung erwogen wurde, was der Ausführer jedoch ablehnte.
