22 Maintain and keep the Property in such reasonable repair and condition requestet by the Owner and organise any maintenance, repairs, redecoration and refurbishment where necessary or as may be contemplated in the Business Plan or otherwise as reqquired by the Owner at its or the renant’s Expense, as applicable. 23 Prepare forecasts for repairs and maintenance and any alterations or additions to the Properties. 24 Report to the Owner at monthly asset management meetings after having become aware of material (i.e. over EUR 50.000) repair works that are required at the Property or material specialist advice is required in relation to the Property.
