In order for them to guarantee the payment prior to the surgery, they will need the following information: • regarding the surgery: they will need an estimate of the costs from the clinic, along with the diagnostic and details on the procedure that will take place. • regarding the inpatient physiotherapy: they will need a referral letter from Dr Sickinger, with details on the medical necessity of the inpatient treatment, what will be covered during the treatment, the estimated length of stay and associated costs.

In Reihenfolge für sie die Zahlung vor der Operation zu gewährleisten müssen sie die folgende Informationen: • bezüglich der Chirurgie: sie benötigen eine Schätzung der Kosten aus der Klinik, zusammen mit der Diagnose und Informationen über das Verfahren, die stattfinden wird. • über die stationäre Physiotherapie: sie müssen einen Verweis Brief von Dr. Sickinger, mit Informationen über die medizinische Notwendigkeit der stationären Behandlung, was während der Behandlung, die geschätzte Dauer und damit verbundenen Kosten abgedeckt werden.
