The typical tower inherently removes life from the city it occupies. Circulation is linear and social interactions occur only in lobbies or awkward elevator rides. We propose a building that triples the amount of ground floor – triples the amount of social interaction and reintroduces the idea of neighborhood within the tower complex. Der typische Turm entfernt von Natur aus das Leben der Stadt einnimmt. Circulation ist linear und soziale Interaktionen treten nur in Lobbies oder umständlich Aufzug fährt. Wir schlagen vor, ein Gebäude, dass verdreifacht die Menge an im Erdgeschoss - verdreifacht die Menge der sozialen Interaktion und die Idee der Nachbarschaft innerhalb des Turms Komplex wieder einführt.
