Dear Ute, The Internet company (Kabel BW) have informed me that the socket in the lounge needs to be rewired. Has there been Internet in the apartment before? If there is a cost with the rewiring will that be refunded to me? Also, everything in the apartment is good but I have noticed the mirror on the shoe storage unit in the hall is cracked? I have order ordered a new bed and that should be deliver in 3 weeks. I will email you as soon as I have the delivery date. Regards, Gary

The control circuit for the fans has been rewired (there were actually 4 crossed wires and 1 loose one) and is now working correctly.
