Could you please help me? In terms of NAMUR, Ms. Friedrich, Dorint Parkhotel Bad Neuenahr, sent a mail to Kurosu-san since the hotel wanted his signiture about a room reservation. As I wanted to confirm 3 points before sign it, I sent back a mail to her, but her mail is not available any more. Could you please check below mail and give me your advice what I should do.
