This change is mandatory to get process feasibility and for the final release of the laser welding process. During this process the Sensors and the assembled cover are transported on a rotary table. At this process step the cover is not fixed on the sensor, but only placed on it. Investigations on the process shows that after the start-stop movement of the rotary table, the cover falls down from the sensor and we generate scrap parts. This because the circumferential edge of the cove is to small. Without this change the final release for the laser welding process cannot be made.

Diese Änderung ist zwingend notwendig, Prozess Machbarkeit und für die endgültige Version des Laser-Schweißverfahren zu bekommen. Dabei werden die Sensoren und die Abdeckung montiert sind auf einem Drehtisch transportiert. Bei diesem Verfahrensschritt wird der Deckel nicht auf dem Sensor befestigt ist, sondern nur darauf gelegt. Untersuchungen zum Prozess zeigt, dass nach dem Start-Stopp-Bewegung des Drehtisches, die Abdeckung nach unten fällt aus dem Sensor und wir erzeugen Schrott Teile. Dies, weil die umlaufenden Rand der Bucht ist zu klein. Ohne diese Änderung die endgültige Freigabe für das Laserschweißen Prozess kann nicht getroffen werden.
