Use as claimed in claim 16, wherein said 2-hydroxycarboxylic acid is in salt or lactone form, preferably selected from the group consisting of gluconolactone, galactonolactone, glucuronolactone, galactrononolactone, gulonolactone, ribonolactone, saccharic acid lactone, pantoyllactone, glucoheptonolactone, mannonolactone, and galactoheptonolactone.

Verwendung nach Anspruch 16, worin die genannte 2-Hydroxycarbonsäure in Salz- oder Lactonform vorliegt, vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus der aus Gluconolacton, Galactonolacton, Glucuronlacton, Galacturonlacton, Gulonlacton, Ribonolacton, Saccharinsäurelacton, Pantoyllacton, Glucoheptonlacton, Mannonlacton und Galactoheptonlacton bestehenden Gruppe.
