We would like to clarify you that the fixing of Blades onto the handle is done at the scalpels assembly machine (fully automatic). Assembled scalpels are unit packed at blister packaging machine. There is a sealing die having 120˚ temperature to seal the unit pack. If assembled scalpels stays under the sealing die by accidental stoppage of machine, due to the temperature of sealing die the flaring of the plastic to keep blade fixed onto the handle shrinks to its original shape (just like unflared) and blades easily comes out from scalpel.

Konfektionierte Skalpelle sind Einheit bei Blistermaschine Verpackung verpackt. Es gibt ein Abdichtung Die 120° Temperatur das Einheitenpaket zu versiegeln.
