I am following up on Mr Fox’s email to you of 22 October 2012 to let you know that we are aware that bwin.party has been carrying out an investigation into the problem, and that they are still in the midst of this investigation. I should add that bwin.party has provided us with a situation report of the investigation, and from this report we do not believe that this problem, as you suggest, calls into question the integrity of the PartyPoker software.
