With the information you just sent me I think there may have been a misunderstanding around the machine Access thought they were getting vs.the one they received from your facility. At the time of the show they were under the impression that they were going to get the show machine that didn't have the latest software package so I thing you helped clear things up. I'll contact John and see if I can clear this issue up.
