The pricing and valuation of the Products’ assets and liabilities is fundamental to the calculation of investment performance, subscription and redemption prices and management and performance fees. There are multiple factors that can impact the value of the positions held within the Product. From our perspective the Directors have ultimate responsibility for the determination and publication of the net asset value of the Product. In doing so they can rely on the Fund Administrators’ responsibility for calculating the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Fund and the NAV per share in accordance with the Prospectus and Articles of Association of the Fund and such procedures as may be agreed in writing from time to time by the Fund, the Manager and the Fund Administrator consistent therewith. Where possible the procedures should fall in line with the latest industry best practices, such as AIMA’s Guide to Sound Practices for Funds of Hedge Funds Managers.

Die Preise und die Bewertung der Aktiva und Passiva der Produkte ist grundlegend für die Berechnung der Anlageperformance, Zeichnung oder der Rückkauf Preise und Gebühren für Verwaltung und Leistung. Es gibt mehrere Faktoren, die den Wert der die Positionen innerhalb des Produkts auswirken können. Wenn möglich sollten die Verfahren im Einklang mit den neuesten Industrie bewährten Methoden, z. B. AIMA Leitfaden für Sound Practices für Hedge-Fonds-Manager-Fonds fallen.
