More proposals that we tabled were adopted in plenary, in particular recommendations on: the need to provide 'dual career' training - sporting and academic - to young sportspeople to ensure the reintegration of professional sportspeople into the labour market at the end of their careers; the importance of encouraging people to play sports, by guaranteeing access to sport for all and equal opportunities and by investing in the training of teachers and sports coaches as well as in more public sports facilities, with the state having to assume the costs of safety at non-professional competitions organised by non-profit-making bodies; the importance of giving recognition to sporting successes achieved by women and the fight against discrimination in prizes; the defence of career opportunities for women in fields linked to the world of sport, including in decision-making posts, and drawing attention to non-professional sport.

In der Plenarsitzung wurden weitere der von uns eingereichten Vorschläge angenommen, insbesondere Empfehlungen betreffend die Notwendigkeit einer "parallelen" - sowohl sportlichen als auch schulischen - beruflichen Bildung für junge Athletinnen und Athleten, um deren Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt nach Abschluss ihrer Sportlerkarriere zu gewährleisten; die Bedeutung der Förderung der sportlicher Betätigung, indem der Zugang zum Sport für alle und die Chancengleichheit gewährleistet werden und in die Ausbildung von Sportlehrern und -assistenten sowie in zusätzliche öffentliche Sporteinrichtungen investiert wird, wobei die mit der Sicherheit der von Organisationen ohne Erwerbszweck organisierten Sportveranstaltungen auf Amateurebene verbundenen Aufwendungen vom Staat zu tragen sind; die Bedeutung der Anerkennung der von den Frauen erzielten sportlichen Erfolge und den Kampf gegen die Diskriminierung bei den Preisen; das Eintreten für Karrierechancen der Frauen in mit dem Sport verbundenen Bereichen, auch auf der Ebene von Entscheidungsfunktionen, und die größere Aufmerksamkeit für den nicht professionellen Sport.
