For the purpose of this derogation, Greece will forward to the Commission not later than three months after the date of adoption of this Directive, a complete list of all existing Class A and B passenger ships complying with the above conditions, including for each ship full details on the ship's name, distinctive numbers or letters, port of registry, passenger capacity, IMO number (if any), class and the date of keel laying or on which the ship was at a similar stage of construction.

Im Rahmen dieser Ausnahmeregelung übermittelt Griechenland der Kommission spätestens drei Monate nach Erlaß dieser Richtlinie eine vollständige Liste aller vorhandenen Fahrgastschiffe der Klassen A und B, die den obengenannten Bedingungen genügen, wobei zu jedem Schiff umfassende Angaben hinsichtlich Schiffsname, Unterscheidungssignal, Heimathafen, Fahrgastkapazität, (ggf.) IMO-Nummer, Klasse und Zeitpunkt der Kiellegung bzw. des Gegebenseins eines entsprechenden Bauzustandes zu machen sind.
