Can you give me a quote and a photo if possible, for 8 each of the cam style leveling device used below the EPP2x1000 steam chests? The round “cam” is made from brass and is bolted to the druckjoke. Hi Jeff, with only 1 cylinder per side (left and right I suppose), the machine table still is able to tilt on top or bottom when the filling (pressure) occurs. We have done similar mechanical things using only one cylinder per side a long time ago and always had the result of an unequal crack around the steam chest/mould perimeter. So we do not recommend only two cylinders, for an accurate crack, we need definitely 4 of them. Please ask for which accuracy he would need the crack position ? To the questions of Rob, to which type of hydraulic is he referring, old style 2x1000 or new style 2x1000 or Unimat or ? We have also done a couple of hydraulic crack cylinder systems, but always with 4 each cylinders, to make sure the system keeps stabil.

 mit nur 1 Zylinder pro Seite (Links und rechts, dass ich vermute) kann der Maschinentisch noch kippen auf Ober- oder Unterseite tritt die Füllung (Druck).
 Wir haben ähnliche mechanische Dinge mit nur einem Zylinder pro Seite vor langer Zeit gemacht und hatte immer das Ergebnis von einer ungleichen Crack um den Umfang der Brust Dampf/Schimmel.
 Deshalb wir nicht nur zwei Zylindern für eine exakte Crack empfehlen, brauchen wir auf jeden Fall 4 von ihnen. Bitte fragen Sie für welche Genauigkeit brauchte er die Sprung-Position?
 
 Auf die Fragen von Rob, um welche Art von hydraulischen ist er verweisen, alten Stil 2 x 1000 oder neuen Style 2 x 1000 oder Unimat oder?
 
 Wir haben auch ein paar anbrechen Hydraulische Zylinder-Systeme, aber immer mit 4 getan jeden Zylinder, um sicherzustellen, dass das System Stabil hält.
