Proceed to the HPLC determination ( 5.3 ) .

Der Kolben wird 20 Minuten in ein Ultraschallbad ( 4.1 ) mit einer Temperatur von ca. 40 ° C gestellt , dann entnommen und auf Raumtemperatur abkuehlen gelassen . Es wird mit angesaeuertem Methanol ( 3.8 ) zur Marke aufgefuellt und sorgfaeltig gemischt . Der Kolben wird etwa eine Stunde stehengelassen , bis die Schwebstoffe sich abgesetzt haben , dann wird ein Aliquot ueber ein 0,45-μm-Membranfilter ( 4.2 ) filtriert . Ein Aliquot des klaren Filtrats wird mit angesaeuertem Methanol ( 3.8 ) verduennt , es soll eine Loesung mit eine Konzentration von etwa 4 μg / ml Lasalocid-Natrium erhalten werden . Diese Loesung wird fuer die HPLC-Bestimmung ( 5.3 ) verwendet .
