•Venue Taxi Marshalls –continued to manage the queues and taxi rank and encouraging guests to share rides where possible, reducing trips required and customers expense. The staffing of the rank with O2 angels staff and taxi marshals represents the main cost. The annual budget is approximately £35,000. Ticket incentives are negotiated from the event promoter to help reduce costs. Marketing costs are subsumed in house. Taxi marshalling costs have been met by TfL surface Transport.
