The government programme plans to extend the provision of informal adult education services in municipal educational institutions, to try to ensure that educational institution buildings and the adult education environment are modern and attractive and that centres are provided with modern teaching aids.

Mithilfe des Regierungsprogramms soll die Bereitstellung informeller Angebote im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung an Bildungseinrichtungen auf Gemeindeebene ausgeweitet werden. Ferner will man gewährleisten, dass Unterrichts- und Ausbildungsgebäude sowie das Umfeld der Erwachsenenbildung modern und attraktiv gestaltet werden und Bildungszentren mit modernen Lehrmitteln ausgestattet werden.
