Es werden 15,0 ml Wasser hinzugefuegt , bis zur Marke mit Methanol-Acetonitril ( 3.5 ) aufgefuellt und gemischt . Die Carbadox-Konzentration der fertigen Loesung sollte bei etwa 10 ìg / ml liegen . Ein Aliquot wird ueber einen 0,45 ìm Membranfilter ( 4.6 ) filtriert und anschliessend fuer die HPLC-Bestimmung ( 5.4 ) verwendet .
