VT Inspector needs to have appropiate devices to carry out the examination. E. g. local lighting, weld gauge, vernier caliper, measuring tape, marker and mirror.

VT Inspector muss sachgemäßer Vorrichtungen zur Durchführung der Prüfung haben. ZB. lokale Beleuchtung, Schweiß gauge, Messschieber, Maßband, Marker und Spiegel.

In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 25(2), Member States may be authorised not to carry out the examination in respect of the above particular standards or other conditions unless, on the basis of previous experience, there is doubt whether those standards or conditions have been satisfied.

Nach dem in Artikel 25 Absatz 2 genannten Verfahren können Mitgliedstaaten ermächtigt werden, den Test hinsichtlich der Normen und sonstigen Voraussetzungen nicht durchzuführen, es sei denn, dass auf Grund früherer Erfahrungen ein Zweifel daran besteht, dass die vorgenannten Normen und Voraussetzungen eingehalten wurden.
