Ich sage "Vielen Dank!", Um jeden einzelnen von euch für eure Mühe und Ihre überaus dieses Projekt zu unterstützen! Es war eine Freude für mich, Ihnen im Team zu haben und es war eine neue Erfahrung für mich, um herauszufinden, wie viel Zeit ein Projekt-Manager können auf Fernhalten die (auch) über Zeitdruck des Managements aus dem Team zu verbringen, bei Anfang dieses Projektes! Leider konnten wir keine Lösung finden, die den Satz von Zielen erfüllen konnte. Obwohl wir hatten unsere Zweifel bereits in der Kick Off Sitzung am 6. Just to add to the comments being made by Christian, who already mentioned the too short notice. This also has an impact beyond our teams as also MA Israel is affected. We need to have an overarching solution involving at least two BAs which is no available within two days. Looking at the offered solution this cannot be more than a joke. Who is supposed to sit next to our people? Although for me the fourth floor is not really an option, in case we have to come to the conclusion that no other option is possible, I suggest that some people on the fourth floor are moving to facilitate the setup of a proper team approach.

Hinzufügen zu den Bemerkungen von Christ, der die zu kurzfristig bereits erwähnt. Dies wirkt sich auch über unsere Teams auch MA Israel beeinflusst wird. Wir müssen eine übergreifende Lösung mit mindestens zwei BAs, die innerhalb von zwei Tagen nicht verfügbar ist. Die angebotene Lösung betrachten, dies darf nicht mehr als ein Witz sein. Wer soll neben unserer Leute sitzen? Für mich im vierte Stock ist, zwar nicht wirklich eine Option, für den Fall wir zu dem Schluss gekommen haben, dass keine andere Wahl möglich ist schlage ich vor, dass einige Leute in der vierten Etage bewegen das Setup eines richtigen Team-Ansatzes zu erleichtern.
