The Belgian delegation considers that the definition of 'criminal organisation ' given in Article 1 includes the modi operandi used by the perpetrators of the offence . The modi operandi cover the use of intimidation , threats , violence , fraudulent manipulation or corruption or the use of commercial or other structures to dissimulate or facilitate the perpetration of offences .

Nach Ansicht der belgischen Delegation fallen die Modi operandi der Straftaeter unter die Definition des Begriffs _DOUBLEQUOTE_ kriminelle Vereinigung _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne des Artikels 1. Die Modi operandi betreffen die Anwendung von Einschuechterung , Bedrohung , Gewalt , Betrug oder Bestechung oder die Einschaltung von kommerziellen oder anderen Strukturen zur Verschleierung oder Erleichterung der Begehung von Straftaten .
