I ran into the same issue a couple of months ago. Sent payment, never received a serial, never received a reply from support. In the end, I filed a PayPal dispute. I never received a response through the PayPal dispute system, and PayPal seems to have issued a default ruling in my favor, refunding my money. It's really a shame that GuizmoVPN has such poor support, and seems not to hand out serials to paying customers unless they post here about it.

Ich lief in das gleiche Problem vor ein paar Monaten. Gesendete Zahlung nie eine serielle, erhielt nie eine Antwort von Unterstützung. Am Ende reichte ich ein PayPal-Streit. Ich bekam nie eine Antwort durch den PayPal Dispute-System und PayPal scheint erteilt eine Standard-Urteil zu meinen Gunsten haben, Erstattung mein Geld. Es ist wirklich eine Schande, dass GuizmoVPN so schlechte Unterstützung hat, und scheint nicht die Hand aus Serien zahlende Kunden, wenn sie hier posten darüber.
